CHANGE/CANCELLATION POLICY

All reservations will require an advance deposit equaling one (1) night’s stay at time of booking.  If you are staying only one or two (1 ) nights, you will be charged in full at the time of booking. The advance deposit is fully refundable up to fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival date. The deposit, which is applied to the cost of your accommodation, will, unless we are otherwise requested, be charged to the credit card used to confirm your reservation. 

Cancellations, including reducing the number of nights stayed to only one (1), made less than fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival will result in forfeiting one hundred percent (100%) of your deposit. You will be charged for any missed date, no-show, or early departure at the nightly rate of your original reservation. If you are making consecutive or multiple reservations, an advance deposit will be required for each reservation and the cancellation/refund policy set forth above will apply to each reservation separately.

The advance deposit is fully refundable up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to your arrival date. At seventy-two (72) hours, the remaining one-half of your stay will be charged. Packages and all holiday stays (Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve) will require a one hundred percent (100%) deposit seventy-two (72) hours prior to your arrival date. The deposit, which is applied to the cost of your accommodation, will, unless we are otherwise requested, be charged to the credit card used to confirm.

Cancellations made inside seventy-two (72) hours prior to your arrival will result in forfeiting one hundred percent (100%) of both deposits. You will be charged for late arrival, no-show or early departure at the nightly rate of your original reservation. For consecutive or multiple reservations, an additional deposit will be required and is non-refundable.
